Oz Indulgence is not responsible for any delays caused by the freight carrier, especially during high-volume seasons. Please note that all delivery times are estimated. Oz Indulgence cannot guarantee delivery dates.
If you are not home to accept your package and have not left a note on your order to leave package without signature, the freight carrier will leave a card in your letter box detailing the steps for picking up your delivery at the local post office or re delivery.
If you have not received your package within 10 business days of placing the order, contact us with your full name as well as your Order Number and we’ll look into the matter immediately.
Oz Indulgence is not liable for missing parcels due to any errors on the customer or the freight carrier’s behalf.

If your products are un-used and un-opened, we can offer an exchange for you. Oz Indulgence is not responsible for the cost of return shipping, however once Oz Indulgence have received your returns we will send the exchange to you free of charge.

We do not refund or exchange due to change of mind or differences in personal opinion.
Is your product faulty?
Refunds are only offered in case of manufacturing faults.
